SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:

Order processing typically takes between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Orders including personalize items will ship within 3-5 business days.

Orders including PREORDER items will ship within 2 weeks of being placed unless otherwise stated on the product description.

SHIPPING:

We currently offer shipping within the United States & Puerto Rico. All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders over $75 always qualify for free shipping! Use code FUNKYSHIP75.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking information will be provided once the order is ready to ship.

Depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout your order should arrive within 2-7 business days after tracking number is provided. Keep in mind this timeframe does not include USPS holidays and COVID-19 delays.  

Please note after your order is accepted by USPS we have no control over the delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages. If a package shows it was delivered, there is nothing more that we can do. Once the package ships it is out of our hands. 

If the package does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. Funky Confetti, LLC cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!

ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER:

If an order is returned to us by USPS, due to undeliverable address we will contact you for additional information and additional shipping charges may apply.
