At Funky Confetti we want you to love and be happy with everything on your order.  We guarantee that we handle our orders paying attention to the details and making sure everything is perfect and well packed.  Your satisfaction is our priority. 

But if, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your product(s) we encourage you to contact us by email at with all of your return needs within 10 days of the delivery date provided by the tracking information from the USPS website. 

Regrettably, after the 10 days of delivery, we can’t accept or process returns/exchange/store credits.  Shipping costs are not refundable.  We strive to offer the best and lowest shipping cost available.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or us without receiving our acceptance confirmation by email.

For all returns, make sure to include:

  • Original receipt and order number for the product(s) you are returning.

Hopefully, you will never receive a defective item (a.k.a. lemon), or a product  damaged in transit, but if you do…We apologize for the inconvenience, and this is what you need to do:

  • Please send an email to if you received a defective or damaged transit product(s). You will have the opportunity to choose between exchange for the same product or receive a store credit.  In this case, Funky Confetti covers shipping costs. 

Not happy about your purchase? Need to return something? We offer a store credit for:  

  • Any Unused, unworn, unopened and original packaging/tags attached.
  • All returns are subject to inspection once is received; an email notification will follow to let you know we have received your returned product and information about the approval or rejection of your credit. We will not accept any returns that are not complete in the original packaging.


If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return. 


Please note that the following items are considered final sale and don’t qualify for exchange or store credit:

  • Personalized items
  • Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Sale items (Last Chance)
